How it works

• A business owner sets up a door and adds the staff who should be notified.
• Each staff member opts in by replying YES to a one-time text — they receive nothing until they do. See how SMS opt-in & consent works.
• A visitor scans the QR code, optionally says who they are, and presses the on-screen ring button.
• The staff member gets a text and can reply — the visitor sees live status on the page they scanned.
